Looking to add a touch of festive magic to your event? The Queensland University Musical Society (QUMS) offers professional carolling performances across Brisbane and beyond. From shopping centres and hospitals to restaurants, office buildings, private parties, markets, clubs, and hotels — we bring joy wherever we sing.

Whether you're planning a public celebration or a private gathering, QUMS has a carolling group to suit your space and budget. Simply fill out the enquiry form at the bottom of this page with your preferred date, time, and location, and we’ll take care of the rest.

🎶 Our Carolling Groups & Pricing

We offer four ensemble sizes, each with standardised, competitive rates per hour of carolling: 

• Octet (8 singers) – From $270 per hour
  Our most budget-friendly option. Perfect for roving performances in shopping centres or street markets, bringing carols directly to shops or stalls.

• Quartet (4 singers) – From $370 per hour
  A premium choice for intimate settings. Four voices in close harmony create a beautifully blended sound that suits refined or quieter spaces.

• Twelve Singers – From $370 per hour
  Ideal for pubs and mid-sized venues. Big enough to be heard clearly, small enough to move around with ease.

• Sixteen+ Singers – From $480 per hour
  For maximum impact. A full choir delivers rich harmonies and festive grandeur — perfect for outdoor events or large stages.

Please note that carolling on Christmas Day itself will attract a 60% surcharge. Carolling outside of the Brisbane metropolitan area will also attract a travel fee (to be discussed and agreed dependent on the location).
